Stuffed to the Nines
So lately I’ve been sewing again, which is awesome and makes me happy. I specialize in stuffies, but I would love to sew more of my own clothes. If only I had room for a sewing machine at college… Ah well. Today I made an owl in a fit of creativity, and yesterday I made my roommate a small pie, and my two suitemates a cupcake and an ice cream cone. I even surprised myself at how quickly I made them. I usually get into spurts where I sew for about three or four days nonstop, then start a difficult project and leisurely finish it over the course of several days or weeks. I tend to also lengthen the time period if I’m unsatisfied with my creation’s uniqueness. Anyway, here’s my owl (Yeah, he’s a little silly, but he’s much better than other creations I’ve made without a pattern):
